Overview
Microsoft Outlook is the client desktop version of email and Office365 is the web version. Northwest Florida State College offers email service as one of the primary methods of communication for employees and students enrolled in a credit course, a course using Canvas, or enrolled in a cross-listed course.
Submit a request for the following:
- Employee email account issue
- Student email account sending or receiving issue
- Outlook Client email system issue
- Office 365 web email - major system issue affecting several users
